Ayr Motor Express operates from three freight yards in Winnipeg, serving Western Provinces and US-States and from their Central Canadian and US Midwest freight service centre in Brampton, Ontario.

The eastern seaboard of Canada and the United States is served for freight shipping requirements of customers from the company's headquarters located at the end of I-95 and the Canadian Trans-Canada Highway on the Maine border at Houlton ME-Woodstock, New Brunswick.
