- Supervise & schedule driver locations with loads
- Process Bills of
lading/cargo manifests
- Data Entry
- Organize freight brokerage
- Preplan & dispatch drivers according to
schedules
- Process and disseminate information
- Plan routing & time management
Setting:
Skills:
- Good customer service skill
- Operate general office equipment
- Familiarity with computer programs (PC
Miler/Loadlink)
- Job task planning and organizing
- Transport operations course is an asset
- Bilingual is an asset

- Long-haul driving of articulated trucks

Completion of an accredited driving school (8-12 week
course)
Must be willing to travel Canada/USA

- Must hold a valid Class 1/AZ driver’s license
- Air Brake Endorsement
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate
- Clean criminal record
- CVOR/Drivers abstract

Skills:
- Understanding of duties and responsibilities of truck drivers
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations of drivers

You provide:
- Must hold a valid Class 1/AZ driver’s license

- Must have two years constant over the road experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Criminal record search (less than 90 days)
- Driver’s abstract (less than 30 days)
- Provide references (3 or more)
Equipment:
- There is no paint code, but we do expect the truck to remain fully functioning
and clean when traveling with Ayr Motor Express
- All owner operator units must be safety and reliability approved by
Ayr Motor
- Ayr Motor reserves the right to accept or reject any unit based on age,
scheme, or condition.
